From intimate dinners and celebrations to larger parties, corporate events and exclusive takeovers, Seel & Slater offers two distinctive spaces in the heart of Liverpool. Inspired by the restaurants and bars of New York, the venue brings together great food, proper drinks and genuine hospitality to create events that feel considered without becoming overly formal.
Upstairs at Seel, our New York-inspired Italian-American restaurant, bar and grill provides the perfect setting for seated dinners, celebrations, business events and larger gatherings. Menus can be built around generous sharing dishes, handmade pasta, seafood and prime cuts from the grill, accompanied by our wider beverage collection of wines, Champagne and classic cocktails.
Downstairs at Slater, the atmosphere changes after dark. Our intimate New York-inspired cocktail bar and lounge is ideal for drinks receptions, parties and late-night celebrations, with classic cocktails, wines, spirits and a menu of bar snacks and small plates. Events can take place in either space independently or flow between both floors.
For something entirely your own, Seel & Slater is also available for exclusive use, giving you both Seel upstairs and Slater downstairs for the occasion.
