Seel & Slater Menus

Across Seel & Slater, the menus take their influence from New York — from the great Italian-American restaurants and grill rooms of Manhattan to the cocktail bars and late-night lounges found below street level. Upstairs at Seel, the menu is generous and unmistakably Italian-American in spirit. Expect handmade pasta, prime cuts from the grill, seafood, timeless classics, generous sides and indulgent desserts — familiar dishes delivered with great ingredients and a distinctive Seel point of view. Downstairs at Slater, things become a little more relaxed. The food is designed around the bar, with New York-inspired snacks, small plates and late-night favourites made for sharing over a drink. Our beverage collection runs throughout both spaces, bringing together classic cocktails, Champagne, wines from the old and new worlds, beers and a carefully selected collection of spirits. From a Martini before dinner to a bottle of Barolo with pasta or an Old Fashioned downstairs after dark, drinks are as much a part of Seel & Slater as the food.
